Hi, I'm Michaela!

I haven’t always been the girl lifting heavy weights or running for funsies.

For a long time, I struggled with my body image, falling for quick fixes that don't work and living in a constant spiral of restricting and overdoing cardio.

Change really came when I learned that that movement isn’t punishment.

Movement is medicine.

When I discovered strength training, balanced nutrition, and sustainable habits, everything clicked.

I got stronger. I felt better.

For the first time, fitness actually fit my life.

Now, as a NASM CPT and PT Tech, I help other women find that same freedom.
